With the example sentences:

君は秀才であるばかりだ、音楽の才能もあるのか

その問題は君ばかりだ僕にも影響する

The examples sentences seem to be using ばかりだ～も while the construction says ばかりではなく～も.

ばかりではなく～も seems fairly straight forward, but the ばかりだ～も seems weird (like a not is missing).

Is the ばかりではなく being shortened to ばかりだ to sound more casual here ? Or is it something else entirely ?

[EDIT]

Looks like it was just a data error where ではなく was getting replaced with だ. Seems to be fixed now, and the examples sentences are following the ばかりではなく～も pattern as expected.
