For verbs → you must use たい form first, then drop い, add げ:
言いたい → 言いたい → 言いたげ
泣きたい → 泣きたい → 泣きたげ

The kanji for this is 気.

Formation:
いA(take off い)+げ
なA+げ
N+げ

***Adding 気 makes it a な adjective:
~げだ
~げに+V
~げな+N

In the "How to use" construction, there are two different kanjis that have been used for げ. In the first example it says, 面白実に (looks interested(interesting)). Should this be 面白気に (looks interested(interesting))?

The second example sentence does not use this grammar.

Perhaps it was meant to be 言いたげにした?
