i wonder why the three little rabbits are long at the Shiba Inu ,frog and black cat

my garden(I have a goal to get every five of all pets so I don't have much items)
Mine's getting nice and lively 
(26/70 pets). Also changed up the layout slightly. Not sure if I like the tiles at the bottom.
I'm trying to keep the space around the sunflower ring open (for pets), while blocking off everything else.
Which pets should I 5/5 next? I'm done with deer and turtles, and have 3/5 black cats and snow rabbits.
