I don't know why Kao chan sleep on stones. And this at the onsen.

1) This could be an indication that カオちゃん is part cat. The stones are probably warm there, and cats are known to sometimes purposefully sleep in apparently uncomfortable places even though they have perfectly comfortable beds. We might be on to something here.

2) Because, as a slow-moving animal with limited limb mobility, it might gather dirt and leaves on its shell, so it needs a long-handle brush to keep itself clean and pretty? The patterns on turtle shells are often beautiful, so it would be a pity not to let them shine and be admired. Just guessing.

Quick question: can you keep trees in their tiny form should you prefer them that way?

sometimes it feels like I'm hardly making progress with my Japanese level, but at least Kao has a nice garden now 😅
