I'll go first. My favourite japanese singer/band is Sexy Zone. Kento Nakajima is my bias. He is not only a singer, he also an actor

I like Kenshi Yonezu a lot for mainstream artists. He got started making Vocaloid songs under the name 83 (Hachi-san)

You'd probably know Hachi-san for Matryoshka if you're a weeb of a certain age :^)

I've been jamming 80s/90s jpop idols a lot recently, too. Yurie Kokubu, Mariya Takeuchi, Miki Matsubara, Junko Ohashi, Junko Yagami, lots of great acts from that era

My playlist is stuck somewhere in 2015, I really haven't heard anything new
