@ワアイすさぬ, I'll see your Laugenbrötchen and raise you a Brez'n from southeastern Germany! Almost the same, but not quite. Fluffy, sweet, but sprinkled with coarse salt, crustier and, well, プレッツェル​-shaped. Then there are the Laugenstangen, which are like the lovechild of a Laugenbrötchen and a Brez'n.

One time I had sourdough bread with garlic butter on it and it was the best thing I have ever tasted and I havent had it in a year I yearn for the sourdough bread with garlic butter kao_sparkle.png

There is a brand called Better Butter that makes the most delicious and herby whipped asiago butter you've ever had in your life kao_sparkle.png I highly recommend slathering a piece of sourdough in it if you get the chance kao_drink.png they also make garlic butter kao_fire.png

1. Crush garlic, mash with coarse salt until creamy, then mix with soft butter and chopped parsley.

2. Spread the unholy result in between slices of baguette that you haven't cut quite all the way through, so they still hold together at the bottom.

3. Wrap the baguette in tinfoil and put it in the oven or on the barbecue grill until quite hot.

4. Regret nothing.
