It's "Knöpfe" (plural of "Knopf") ^^

But in my opinion, in German "Buttons" (or "Schaltflächen") is even more common for internet/digital buttons .

For me, "Knöpfe" feels more like physical buttons to press with your hand, and "clicking" a "Knopf" sounds kinda weird.

I second the "Buttons" instead of "Knöpfe". Also the "Bitte" after "Facebook User:" should be capitalized.

Furthermore, I found some stray English in the dashboard above the "Learn"-buttons :D

Should be something like: Klicke auf die Titel, um deren Inhalte zu sehen.

I'll take a look at it later.

@マイコー I already worked on the "Buttons", but it seems that the system didn't adopt them. Is that because changes require confirmation from another user?

There's a lot of stray English left, cause some translations are giving me headaches. And some older translation don't match the English anymore, cause Michael recycled the strings. (T_T) And there's so much new stuff coming in all the time, I can't keep up.... patience please.^^

lol. Not particular ones.
I changed a bunch of translations (changing 'Knöpfe' to 'Buttons' as suggested by other users), but when I checked if the system had adopted them, the old (= original approved) translation persisted.

There's a spelling mistake, it should be "Thema abonnieren" instead of "Thema abonieren", an "n" is missing

There seems to be a problem with the german translation of the kanji meaning for :

Looks like someone rejected a meaning with a comment, instead of the corrected meaning. I'll go ahead and remove it myself for now.

Another faulty Kanji translation:

"Un" is the onYomi reading and not a translation. Is there any way to correct this myself or maybe a report error button for a kanji?

Hi, the ( さんぜん) entry looks weird. Is it really 3000 AND eine Milliarde? Also, those strahlend, glänzend etc. seem to be さんぜん but with a different kanji?

It would be nice if someone could chance this. It still says "un".

It should be translated as: Glück, Schicksal, fahren, verschiffen, transportieren, verwalten, führen

It also seems to miss an other kun-reading: めぐ

You can read about it on this page: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki...

---------------

There are other words where the translation needs to be adjust (I tried it...but it does not work), because they often include the same word more than once.

いい

What is writen: "schick, toll, cool, schick, toll, cool, klasse"

What it should be: "cool, schick, toll, klasse"

------------------

あまり

What is writen:

  1. übermäßig, übertrieben
  2. im Übermaß, zu viel, zu sehr, (mit Verneinung) kaum, nicht allzu sehr, nicht besonders, überschüssig, verbleibend
  3. Rest, Überrest, Übriges, Übriggelassenes, Rest (bei der Division), Übermaß
  4. übermäßig, übertrieben
  5. im Übermaß, zu viel, zu sehr, (mit Verneinung) kaum, nicht allzu sehr, nicht besonders
  6. etwas mehr als …, über …

What it should be (I sort out a lot of words and sorted them by meaning and importance):

1. zu viel, zu sehr, nicht wirklich, nicht wenig;
2. kaum, nicht allzu sehr, nicht besonders, verbleibend;
3. übermäßig, überschüssig;
4. übertrieben;
5. etwas mehr als …, über …;
6. Überrest, Übriges, Übermaß, Übriggelassenes, Rest (bei der Division);

------------------

Hope someone can help to change the above. Thank you very much in advance.

      As for the vocab, you could tackle that yourself by going to the community tab and tapping the translation center. Make sure you have German selected at the top, then choose all terms and search for e.g. あまり, enter your translation into the text box and hit save. (Note: whatever is put into that text box will appear as the new translation. You might have to wait until another user has confirmed it before it will show in your quizzes and the dict.)

      Kanji, unfortunately, doesn't have that feature yet, so one can't just search a faulty one. Maybe you're "lucky" and it's still waiting for confirmation, in which case you might find it among the 22ish pages of still pending terms...

      Otherwise, only Michael can take care of it.
