I don't know about the other plants since I only have the Pumpkin but at least the Pumpkin seems to float on pots in garden view and when you click on it, but from when you are selecting what to plant on it, it looks fine and doesn't seem to be floating.

Found an odd little inconsistency in the 好き points summary.
Sorry for late reply, マイコー, yes it does look better now but from the planting interface the pumpkin seems a bit oddly positioned compared to before, but other than that it doesn't look like floating anywhere else.
I have also since grown a Christmas Rose I bought shortly after my comment to have another plant to compare to, so to know if it's a pumpkin specific issue or plants in general in regard to this specific pot.

You can see the Christmas Rose looks perfect, while the Pumpkin now looks also perfect in positioning from garden view and the pop-up from when you click on it from garden view, on the planting selection pop-up you can see the position is a lot more downwards compared to before and now compared to the other views.
