English is my native language...and Japanese is the only other one I can speak currently
I can READ Korean's Hangeul, though! Not that I know many Korean words at all, but it's enough I can read names of things that are the same or similar in Japanese or English. Or words like 한 글 ("Hangeul"), I guess.
And again, because of my Japanese if I take the time I can typically figure out decent bits of Chinese, but speaking Chinese is something beyond my current level.
So yeah, currently my speaking skills are just English and Japanese. I want to change that in the future, though.
My native language is Spanish, I'm learning English in the school (and in internet), I know a little of French and Japanese... Is difficult write in English ...

My mom was an American sign language interpreter! And my uncle is deaf so I know quite a bit as well.

yo Ive learnt like till n3 i guess and I have pretty fluent mandarin(cuz I am in a school where the base language is mandarin and because I'm from Indonesia i know some bahasa Indonesia(indoesian stuff) so yeah Im planning to learn Korean for my 5th language's (also forgot,I know fluent English because it's my first language)
I'm a native Italian speaker who studied English and French for several years, however "J'ai epuisé mon français puisque je ne le parle pas souvant" while I use and speak with English natives everyday now. I also did 3 years of Japanese in Uni many years ago and decided to go back to it recently.
Bulgarian (native), English (near-native), Japanese, Russian (I understand way more than I can speak, especially written Russian). I took a few years of German back in high school, and also studied a bit of Spanish and Italian.
The last two sometimes come in handy when reading food labels, but I wouldn't say I "speak" them :D
