I'm wondering if anyone can help me with updating my payment method. I'm not really sure where to change it.

It'll depend on how you made the payment in the first place (Google Play Store, Apple's App Store, or via credit card/paypal on the website). If you can provide that info, I'd be happy to help direct you where to go.

If you paid through the website, there should be a link in the receipt emails that you can use to update the payment method.
