They are not identical, one is 頗る/すこぶる the other is 頗る/そこぶる
They are linked together, and it is indeed the same word, but the way the renshuu database works needs a different entry for each kana or kanji variation, hence here two entries.
If, in addition to that, the definition is identical, they are displayed as a single block (as in your screenshot)
