I don't think this is possible right now but please let me know if it is.
Right now it seems like you can do things like:
Kana -> Meaning with just kana displayed. Kana -> Meaning with 'Always show kanji for Hiragana → Meaning questions' enabled, which shows unknown kanji with furigana.
But it doesn't seem like there's a way to quiz kana -> meaning while always seeing furigana for all kanji.
I'd like to try quizzing like this because I think it's usually easier for me to get accustomed to a word through the kana/sound, but at the same time having the kanji be present to reinforce the association seems much better than not seeing it at all.
The idea would be to have my "real" schedule with kanji -> meaning alongside kana -> meaning (as kanji+furigana) schedule generally receiving words first to take on a larger number of words without immediately having to deal with their readings.
