Tap on the greenish book icon in the upper right corner of renshuu. That's the dictionary.
You can look the words up. There you will find a translation of the meaning. And usually the word "sentences (xx)" in blue. Click it, so you can see all example sentences using that words. すぐに has almost 900 example sentences.
Besides that, many words have notes, so often users have added some clarifying ideas about a word.
The dictionary is your best friend for these kind of questions. It will take you quite far.
