this never happened to me until a few months ago. i try to use the app every day or at least every other day then suddenly i open the renshuu app and i'm logged out. i log back in, i use the app normally for a couple weeks, suddenly i'm logged out. repeat. i'm on iOS 17 if that's an issue.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have not yet heard this happening with anyone else, so I am unsure as to if it's a systemic issue, or if it is tied to your account somehow.
Have you tried fully uninstalling/reinstalling the app, then setting if it happens again?
