Hey I've been charged 3 times in the last 24 hours, already did a ticket about this but I'm not sure which way is faster to get this resolved so figured I would post too.
Michael says the fastest way to get his attention is a direct email to michael@renshuu.org. It’s still the middle of the night in Japan, though, so he won’t see it for several hours anyway. Just sit tight. I’m sure he’ll take care of this first thing in the morning.
Although, it is Saturday there. Golden Week too. Maybe the email is a good idea after all.
