I have the "Allow suggestions from other users" option enabled, but didn't receive any of the suggestions in my inbox. It's been a few days and I still haven't received them. I've confirmed with the other user that they were sent. I also sent them suggestions as a test, but they didn't receive them either.
Both are "Sentences" lists. My list is "Japan's Historical Periods — With Fun Facts! [-Suggestions-]" - list ID = 10202961. It's part of my "Japan's Historical Periods: Fun Facts!" set.
What I was supposed to receive were User-made terms, but that shouldn't matter. What I sent them was a standard sentence.
PS: Are suggestions supposed to be instant? I've never been on the receiving end of suggestions so I don't know. Last time I made suggestions using that system, it seemed to work fine. The other user seems to have received them and I got a message in my inbox. That was for a Words list though. Maybe there's a bug with Sentences lists?
The suggestions should be logged instantly, but the notifications are sent daily, I believe (so you don't get a bunch of messages, each with one term in them).
I see the issue - suggestions for sentences are not getting processed. Should be fixed within 24 hours.
I got them, thanks! :)
The "Accept this" button could use some visual feedback. It did accept them, but I couldn't really tell until I checked.

One more thing: The idea was for users to send sentences that are already linked to the dictionary so I don't have to do it myself. I know one of these was linked prior to being sent, but the links don't seem to carry over and I don't have the option to link them myself.
Is this intended? Vocabulary bindings carrying over would be nice, or at least the ability to bind them myself.
The sentence is however it is in the system - so there is no way that it could have had bindings, but not have bindings after. That would require it to somehow be a copy of the sentence without the bindings and there is no code in the entire system to make copies like that.
Got it. I'll try asking the sender again. Pretty sure they told me one was bound, but maybe there was a misunderstanding of some kind. Anyway, should be easy to test now that it's fixed :)
Update: Never mind, turns out they just hadn't linked it :D It's all good now.
