Not sure if anything changed in the past day, but right now everything is very slow. It's taking about 3-4 seconds per quiz question, 1-2 seconds per dictionary lookup. I turned on the new experimental speed data thing just now. It doesn't seem to change anything, but hopefully you're getting the data.
It was already noticeably slower than a year ago, but this is just unusable. Had a good study streak going, but I'm not patient enough to suffer through this to keep it.
I'm really sorry to hear that - I had not heard this from anyone else, but I'll be happy to look into it. What kind of times are you all talking about (aside from the first poster, who already noted it), and where in the world are each of you logging in from?
The speed data collection system is not yet fully wired in, unfortunately, but should be soon.
I have no doubt that I'll be able to fix this, but as with all issues, letting me know is key to getting it taken care of! I try to keep as aware of things as I can, but it's hard to stay ahead of everything.
