I recently noticed that a few of my grammar lessons went past 100%, e.g. the object marker を. After having another right answer it leveled up to 108%. At first I thought fine, I will see it even rarer now but since then I see the 108% を lesson every few days... I also have no entries >100% for words or kanji, only for grammar.
