Tbh I've heard of memes concerning that number but I've never seen what the meme is. I don't think I've seen it in fandom spaces of franchises I like
It was just a kid in a basketball match and got famous by saying 67 because apparently 67 was the match of the two opposing teams. Nowadays, anything will become a meme. But the good thing is from jan 2026, 'the great meme reset ' will happen. (means the OG and old memes will be followed from jan.)

oh that especially explains why I wouldn't know where it came from. Sports stuff never pops up on my yt feed
Yes. Since I first started watching anime when I had a reading level of a 6-7 year old and even now I miss subtitles I'm reading I have watched anime in dub.
I can the smell the 67 memes coming. (was that necessary XD )

think it was some basketball dude saying his height, 6’7” while doing a juggling motion
Tbh my first name was angel beats and now that I think about it about it, it’s not a bad anime. I’m just glad I didn’t start my journey with some random bad anime adaptation
I sometimes watch anime or read manga, but it's not one of my interests. I often times fail to finish a 10-12 episode season of an anime. I have no idea how One Piece and Dragon Ball fans do it lol. Since somebody mentioned it, if an English dub was available, I would usually put that on instead of sub. But if there was no dub that didn't deter me from watching.
I mostly listen to Japanese music, mostly J-Rock. Still new to it (both J-rock and the Japanese language) but it's what got me to start learning Japanese.

People keep saying to me “oh you should watch one piece you’d love it” but I don’t have the attention span and also I prefer subs because it feels more natural (also Japanese just sounds nicer than English iykwim)
