Has any one watched anime with english dub?
(I don't like the english dub it is only right when english is subs and japanese is dubed or else the experence is not there.)
Yes. Since I first started watching anime when I had a reading level of a 6-7 year old and even now I miss subtitles I'm reading I have watched anime in dub.

)Tbh I've heard of memes concerning that number but I've never seen what the meme is. I don't think I've seen it in fandom spaces of franchises I like
i last watched anime over a year ago and dropped it after 6 episodes, probably forever, though it wasn't bad... and watched just a few series throughout my life, fully.
i much more prefer reading 
and it's probably my attention span at fault, too. i have trouble committing to actually finishing a series i started.
