I know there is an app for this but the phone i want to use Renshuu on is kind of a company phone of sorts so i can't download apps unless they are approved so i'm trying to use it just through my browser but when i try to use it it just looks like this with seemingly no way to get to the other tabs

The app is just a wrapper for the website, so you should see more or less the same thing on either one.

Your screenshot looks normal, except for the missing menubar. It could be that a content-blocker on your phone is preventing some JavaScript from downloading or from running.
