This expression is in Renshuu's grammar dictionary, but there's no "where this grammar is found" section. Does anyone know?

Sources vary.

Some sources e.g. bunpro say N3,

others e.g. e-japanese, nihongo master say it is N2

It seems like more sources say N2 rather than N3, but at the end of the day they are all guessing, because there is no official JLPT grammar list.
