In various words such as しずか, すし, and すてき, one or more of the kanji have been marked as known and therefore appeared in the words without me actually knowing them. I don't have them in any of my schedules I'm studying. I went through and marked them as unknown when they came up in quizzing, but recently I got one of the kanji (the one in しずか) as a review question in one of my schedules. I again had to mark it as unknown. I don't know what's going on. Is this supposed to happen?
It will have happened due to settings, possibly choices you made when you first joined renshuu.
A quick way to reset this is to go to Tools > Kanji Index. You can easily view the ones that are marked as known, and those are the ones that appear in the terms. You can detoggle them there :)
