Although there is an extremely high number of kanji which will ultimately have changes (over 10,000), I will provide a changelog once it is complete. I am rolling out a couple of levels each day so I can handle issues as they come up.
Whatever you did erased all the kunyomi readings, and they cannot be marked as known. All my kunyomi are at 0 and are grayed out. If I try to mark them as known, they just gray out again, and act as unknown. Working on pre-1 now.
Having over 2000 kanji studied in renshuu for me, this did affect some of my schedules. However there's one term in my radicals schedule that is stuck at the "need review". I can't get to study it. Not that it's anything major, but it's annoying not being able to 100% clear my schedules for the day.
@じゅうり - did you change your settings between when posting that message and now? I checked, but they all came up as white for me.
As to the rad schedule, I'd be happy to look into that.
Radical schedule should be fixed, and I'm running the same process on all other recent accounts to make sure it doesn't affect them either. Basically, there was a divide between your personal kanji data for a specific kanji and the official data, so the process went through and cleaned out those "no longer exists" kanji readings.

Gotcha, thanks a lot. It's fixed on my end
Pretty much every kanji I'm seeing now has the Kyouiku and Jouyou tags. It feels excessive, and far less useful than Kokuji or other tags. Considering these Kanji are already in common lists or have pronunciations with 小 or 高, would it make sense to hide them or have that as an option?
I got the notification about this saying I had some Kanji I was studying affected, but I'm not sure what Kanji it is. Is there a way I can see what Kanji reading or rare Kanji it was that made me get the notification for this?
どうぞよろしくお願いします
I'll think about the tags, thanks!
And no, there is not (yet) a way to see which kanji were affected.
