Maybe even lower than that. A more interesting question would be what the average levels of active users are after one month, six months, a year, five years, etc. Interesting, but not useful, except maybe for marketing. I don’t expect Michael to release that data.
User IDs are sequential (With Michael being ID="1"), so about 1.5 million accounts have been made. There's some gaps, but the number should be more or less accurate. You could technically write a bit of code to scrape the data you're looking for, but the server would definitely get very angry with you 😁 It would probably take you a few months (allegedly) at a speed that wouldn't trigger any anti-bot measures.
If you look at the total users, the average level is probably between 2-5.
If you want active users, I have no idea. For the current Question corner it's this: average ≈ 130, median ≈ 62.
