Hi,

My current schedule has Hirigana, Katakana, Word for Japanese basics and Japanese basics.

However I now have this message on my Hirigana and Katakana:

'No new terms available (More info)You do not have any more unstudied terms in this schedule, awesome! Tap the ... and go to Add/Remove Materials if you'd like to add more to your schedule.'

Does anyone have advice on what to replace these with/schedules to add next? I want to keep up my Hirigana and Katakana skills so I don't forget and can improve mastery. I'd like to use the official Renshuu made schedules is possible and my aim in studying Japanese is to take my JLPT N5 and then move up the exams.

Thank you in advance - Japanese beginner.

Apologies, I've found the recommendation in the manage your schedules section. All good.

Glad you figured it out!

The wording of the no new terms available message is generic. It appears any time you complete the new terms in a schedule.

That seems unnecessarily confusing for natural complete sets like hiragana and katakana. Maybe we can get Michael to tweak the wording.

Any time you have "No new terms available" that just means you have exhausted the whole list of study terms within the schedule. It doesn't have anything else left that you need to learn. If you felt confident about it, you can freeze that schedule. For hiragana and katakana, if you have studied everything, including the combination kana, you have no need to add anything else to those schedules. That's the entire thing. Once you know that stuff - おめでとうございます! You can now read spellings.

Beyond that, it's up to you.
