Hello everyone. I've found the following question in some facebook page and I habe doubts:
大学___出てから父の会社___働きました。
The options are:
1. を、で
2. に、で
I have answered the 2nd, but the right one seems to be the 1st one, but I don't get it, as 出る is an intransitive verb and they don't use the を particle. What am I missing here? 🤔
を can be used to mark point of departure, and the verb doesn't need to be transitive. See sense 5 of を and the grammar point を. It can be used in abstract sense, for example, 大学を出る means "to graduate from university".
に marks point of destination, so 大学に出る would mean get out of a place and end up in 大学.

Alright, now I get it. I haven't reached thoses uses of を yet. Thanks a lot!
