行けないで isn't a thing (as far as I'm aware). It was probably meant to be the negative te-form (行かないで)
It doesn't exist as a conjugation (conjugations). When I look it up on Renshuu, I get 行けないで/いけないで - Potential Command (negative). This makes absolutely no sense to me.
There's also the confusion with いけない
As far as I know 行けない and いけない meant two different things and come from two different verbs (even though they often get lumped together)
いけない - meaning 良くない・悪い comes from the verb いける that has nothing to do with 行く
