I saw these 2 setence examples using け:

[あなた は ギター が け ますか]

[ギター を け ますか]

They seem to use が and を interexchangably? I thought transitive verbs should use を?

Both sentences are fine. As far as I understand, verbs that are in the potential form also tend to use が in order to emphasize something. For example, saying べられますか you're emphasing if someone can EAT NATTO, whereas べられますか it's just a general "can you eat natto?" statement.
