掲示板 Forums - Profile/Schedule settings randomly shuffled around and reset

About a day ago I was studying the N4 Kanji schedule, when I noticed that my unstudied terms list kept getting bigger. Upon looking into it, I noticed that it randomly started adding kanji from across the dictionary to the schedule, some at higher JLPT levels, and some not even on the test at all. I tried to remove them, but became unable to access the site as it ended up giving me a 504 Gateway Time-out error (This is similar to a problem another user had about a day ago). I became unable to access the site in Chrome normally, but logging into an incognito Chrome window or Firefox worked fine.

Now, I don't exactly remember what led up to this part, but it seems like once I regained access, my user profile had been half-reset. My mastery levels for everything remained intact, and the contents of my inbox haven't been reset either. My level remained as well, among other things. But pretty much everything else acted like I just started my account over again. I got a second "Welcome to Renshuu" message in my inbox, and every part of the site gave me the tutorials again. My settings got changed as well; for example, the font changed, my quiz settings shuffled around, etc. My settings for each of my schedules changed drastically as well from what they were earlier, and I had to go in and change them back. All the Japanese lessons I viewed in the Resources tab also have been unmarked, as if I hadn't viewed them at all.

I honestly have no clue what happened, so if this could be looked into that would be much appreciated. I'm pretty sure I didn't click any reset account button or anything like that. Thankfully my mastery levels remained intact, and the stuff that was reset was pretty easy to change back. As far as I know, everything's back to normal other than the grammar lesson checkboxes. But I would like to prevent this in the future if at all possible, and I'm curious what could've caused such odd behavior. Thanks in advance!

No, I just use renshuu via the website, and every now and then the Android app. Hopefully that information helps somewhat in figuring out what the problem is!
