It’s nothing on my end - renshuu doesn't do any kind of blocking, location or otherwise. We have had other users with this issue in the past, though - it seems to be some server between Russia and renshuu's server.
You might want to try this: go to the menu > settings, then switch to the experimental settings. Choose the EU server, which puts it on a different path to get to renshuu's main server.
Switch off the VPN, then see if that works! Let me know how it goes.
