掲示板 Forums - How would you write this sentence?

In response to the new QC question (「刺身は好きですか？」), I tried to write something along the lines of "It's fine, but I prefer other kinds of sushi". What I came up with was 「いいけど、他の寿司のタイプが好きですよ」, but since my grammar is still very limited I have no idea if this sentence is correct or even understandable. How would you write it? Any feedback would be appreciated
