Oh, yeah. I have this app called Insight Timer and I do meditations from there but I've been so busy lately.

The hardest thing for me is to find a therapist that is just right for me. Mine is pretty great right now, but literally the only way she'll let me leave the office is if I tell her one negative thing from the week.
