also I'm gonna do some therapy in the next few weeks (I think) to try and get a diagnosis for anxiety and maybe depression idk

I think enlightenment meditation would just make me question my existence lol

Looked at some signs of Depression and the gears are turning now...

Mood: anxiety, apathy, general discontent, guilt, hopelessness, loss of interest or pleasure in activities, mood swings, or sadness

Sleep: early awakening, excess sleepiness, insomnia, or restless sleep

this is looking suspiciously like what I do ..
