I accidentally deleted the beginners words schedule. I was not able to restore it, the „plus“ stayed green, as if it was still active. So I deleted all schedules to bring the standard schedules back via the initial questionnaire and I understood from the FAQ the progress is saved and I can just start where I was before. Unfortunately all my progress is still gone. Is it somehow possible to restore that?
The reason is was still green is that the beginners word schedule is tied to the beginner grammar one, so both need to be removed to rebuild them.
Now, deleting schedules does NOT remove study data. More than likely, what has happened is that you generated the new schedule, but it has a different set of settings compared to the old schedule (probably a change in the "Currently studying" section) - so it looks like it is unstudied (or understudied).
If you tap on the schedule's name and go to the schedule summary, you'll be able to see the mastery level graph. You can change "Overall" to the other, individual vectors. You might want to change that and you'll probably see which vector it is that is at a lower level than the rest.
