When I receive a message regarding forum posts I follow, the message is a link which allows me to easily check out what was posted.
When I receive a message regarding a sentence or note I've written, it's not a link, so I can't easily go read it again to refresh my memory on what I wrote.
I suggest that these messages are made into links.
I know I can copy the Japanese part after "Note for" and search for it in the sentence library, but it would be nice to make it even easier to get there.
I think there's something about sentences in the Question Corner too. I believe messages regarding those send me to the Question Corner, where I have to scroll through the long list of sentences people have written to find the one I wrote or the one I commented on. It would be nice if the link to the Question Corner also opened the specific answer that the message refers to.
Should be fixed for sentence/word notes.
As to the question corner thing, what I need (this is tricky, I apologize) is for you to, the next time you get a link like that, let me know BEFORE clicking it (since using it removes the alert) so I can look at it.
I just managed to get some +1-messages for Question Corner. All I had to do was mention kittens.
Thanks! However, those seem to be on the first page of the results, so we cannot test out the "not jumping to the right page" part.
Thanks. Do you mind letting me know if the comments appear automatically for you now?
I tried one of the "+1" messages which are now links. It did go to page 2. It took me to the top of page 2. When I scrolled down, the message was already "open" to show comments as you can see in this image.
With a link to the correct page and comments already open, I consider this a great improvement. Thank you.
The only other thing I could wish for here is that the link took me directly to the message/comment, instead of just to the top of the correct page. I do not consider this to be important.
It actually does that for me, which makes me wonder why it isn't doing that for you.
If you could try, pop open renshuu.org in Chrome (I'm guessing you're on Android), tap the link, and see if it works there. Maybe it's tied into renshuu the app.
