Major features

Kanji and Vocabulary helper schedules

Available to all users! Tap the ... for a vocab schedule to make a kanji helper schedule, automatically generating a schedule of kanji for you to study as you learn the vocabulary/

Prefer to focus on kanji first? Tap the ... for the kanji schedule to make a vocab helper schedule. It'll automatically build and maintain a vocabulary schedule based on the kanji you are learning.

Sentence question center

Tap the settings icon at the top of your Community panel on the dashboard to add it, and help out the renshuu community by answering sentence questions posted by other learners!

Kao Garden loadouts

You can now save and load your Kao Garden layouts, letting you put one another to make another design :)

Kanji reading filter

Get a better grasp on what level of kanji readings are introduced into your kanji schedules!

Fixes

〇 "Mark as wrong" button (when turned on in settings) was not always appearing in grammar questions
〇 Text Analyzer/dictionary was having problems parsing passive verbs in the たい form (Ex: とられたくない)
〇 When daily limit applied to schedule, the view terms popup only shows those terms ready for review ("to study today")
〇 Custom definitions appear in kanji dictionary now (if turned on in Settings > Dictionary)
〇 Confirmation box would not appear on iOS (iPad) when trying to clear a crossword.
〇 Page links were not appearing for grammar dictionary searches
〇 In some sentence quiz questions, the comment marker was not getting highlighted for sentences with comments.
〇 Spelling changes for 歩 counter added!
〇 Improved adverb alternate-position detection in drag-and-drop sentence questions.
〇 Fixed a view visual issues when going to/from Grammar library pages
〇 Ordering sentences by audio was not always working
〇 Settings unrelated to sentences appearing on introduction page for sentence quizzes
〇 Kao garden quests were not always reacting to adjective conjugation studies
〇 Fix to shiritori to allow words like いめい to be played off of れいめい (overlapping just one character, instead of 3)
〇 Text analyzer correctly updates loading percentage for larger texts
〇 When you choose alternates or reparse in the Text Analyzer, it updates the vocab/kanji counts as well.
〇 Focused Reviews get a better mix of question types
〇 すき conjugations were appearing incorrectly when searching for something like すきじゃない in the vocabulary dictionary
〇 The write-to-reinforce was not working with some kanji reading questions
〇 The write-to-reinforce system was mixing up dashes and elongated ー when users were using the romaji-conversion system.
〇 Sometimes, unknown words were showing up in word lists (for kanji) with the "Known" filter applied.
〇 Text Analyzer reading box was sometimes misaligned to the left.
〇 In some schedules, it was not saving your changes when you removed a list from a schedule.
〇 Text Analyzer - it was rejecting some texts incorrectly for having too much "non-Japanese text".
〇 In grammar multiple choice quizzes, sentences were not accurately showing if they had comments on them.
〇 Many of the actions on the Wanikani import was not working.
〇 In vocab quizzes, the popup for the target word in example sentences would not necessarily show the word as known (lightbulb).
〇 Export was not working on iOS app
〇 Changing clue types retains language preferences for words
〇 When changing mastery levels for terms inside of a quiz, the quiz will accurately reflect that when the term comes up later (in same quiz)
〇 Better handling in sentence jumble questions when adverbs (もう,あまり) moved around.
〇 Switched over vocab lists for Genki I/II in the Advanced Search to 3rd edition
〇 The dropdown for schedule term lists was sometimes going too far to the left.
〇 Colors in crossword were not reverting to non green/red when re-writing answers.
