Inkheartさんは : you are the topic of the sentence, because the は follows your name

Whisperさん : another person I was talking about

と思いました : the past tense form of ‘I think’ therefore ‘I thought’

Sot the full sentence is “at first I thought you (Inkheartさん) were Whisper (because of your new pfp)” the last part is implied
