Hi,
Is there a way to define when a week begins? I like to keep my weekends clear of new terms (reviews only), and I'd adjusted the various "new terms per week" settings, but I'm not sure if it's because I freeze most schedules once a week or what, but I regularly end up with new terms to learn at the weekend.
If I could define the start of a new week as Monday, that, combined with the max new terms per week would keep my weekends clear 😀
Thank you!
As far as I know, the weekly limits only take the last seven days into account, using a rolling window for the week. The simplest way to do what you want is to ignore the schedule on weekends and just do focused reviews.
Unfortunately, if I try a focused review, I end up with the maximum quiz size (since I don't know which elements actually need to be reviewed i.e. is it the lowest mastery or the learned most recently)
Not yet, no. I've made a toggle in a couple of spots, but there are some global processes (weekly stats, leaderboards, etc.) that run all at once for all users, and so splitting them up based on preferences is not yet possible. It is definitely a "want to do" in my head, just ..not yet.

Idk if that topic is still relevant to you, I'm here because I had a similar question (change start of the week in personal study stats). What I would rather recommend to you is setting a daily limit and as ポールおじちゃん said, ignoring the weekends.
As for the focused review: I'm pretty sure it's separate from the terms that need to be reviewed next, because it gives you the chance to focus on something - then you can choose on what. When I do focused review, I often use "missed recently", because those terms are the ones that don't stick enough in my head, no matter how "old" they are. My quiz sizes are something between 10 and 20 when learning Kanji, and when I do multiple quizzes, some terms appear again, but I think that's not a bad thing. And, maybe you know, maybe you don't: When you have questions correct in focused review, it doesn't change your mastery level. I'm not sure about wrong answers, though :D
I hope that was a little bit helpful to you, 2 months later ^^"
