Regarding the moderation team. My thought was that it could be sourced from the community and it would be a volunteering best effort.
It's not perfect, but could be useful. It'd be important to have clear guidelines though, to ensure that moderation is not abused. E.g. it should be possible to "appeal" if one's post is moderated.
Alright, I'm going to put together something today/tomorrow so we can start testing this - sentence notes continue to pour in (which is great), and a lot of them could be answered by intermediate level users. Will report when I have something to show.
I’m having trouble editing my community page configuration. I can’t grab and slide from one side to the other. I haven’t had any problems with this kind of widget in the past.
That's strange - that particular code hasn't been touched in years - the new widget was added, but for the config page, it was just a set of data added into the list.
The one for the dashboard (not the community section) is the exact same code - is it working over there for you, or just for community?
New issue. I still see MynakLin’s question about ironing even though gillianfaith has already responded to it and I have the hide questions others have responded to box checked.
I gave it a go on mobile. After submitting the response, I have no idea if it was actually posted, as the page did not refresh, and I can't spot a button to go see the full discussion.
This was the question, the screenshot was taken after submitting an answer. Would be nice to either refresh the discussion on submit, or have a link to view the thread.
@anna_enko I was able to reply on mobile and my answer immediately appeared on the page. What I think happened is you selected "Add to conversation" (which starts a new comment thread) instead of replying to the question (which connects your answer to the previous thread).
I agree though, it would be nice to have a link to the whole sentence panel next to each sentence. It could help to see the other comments that are already on a sentence, and I like marking definitions at the same time that I answer sometimes.
I still see some questions that other people have replied to, possibly because they did what anna_enko did (above). What’s more, I also see comments that others have liked, presumably with the intent of approving them and removing them from the queue.

Now I see gillianfaith’s reply as a new comment to approve. The original question appears to have been deleted.
Wait - whether you post at the bottom, or hit "reply to message", they should both appear. So this is definitely a bug.
There's only two people that can "approve" them, and none of that is happening on that page. So that's a non-issue.
If anyone can replicate the failure bug, please let me know. Note that you can test by posting a comment and then deleting it (if it does make it) - unless you are me or gillian, it will not auto-alert anyone, send a notification, etc.
