I can't find myself to get into the daily routine japanese videos, it doesn't appeal much to me however helpful (they are! I just find it hard for myself to get distracted with that for too long), but I could see myself binge watching travel vlogs (any place at all) since it's not always the same scenario and so on. Any video platform sharing would be nice, but preferably YouTube/Nicovideo/Vimeo/Odysee/Dailymotion/PeerTube. ありがとう!
I can highly recommend the Japanese YouTube channel „Maibaru Travel“ Most of her travel videos are set in Japan but some are also located in countries close to Japan and also Europe. The places she visits are all very beautiful!

Just wow.. her channel is beyond the quality I was expecting from a travel vlog channel, japanese subs integrated on video and additional subs in multiple other languages that can be turned on from YouTube's side. Awesome video and audio quality too, I can perfectly listen to the voices and the ambient noise doesn't get over them (by what I noticed so far at least), this might just be what I needed to get used to Japanese media, it's so pleasing to watch even if I don't understand all of it (the Japanese spoken), due to the sort of movie style of recording the scenery. Thank you, 卵パン ちやん!
I would recommend It's Time To Travel on Youtube! Her channel features a lot of unique places in Japan, like animal cafes, hotels with special themes or features, and beautiful hot springs
I'm not sure if this is exactly the kind of content you're looking for, but I hope this helps!

Very interesting that it has a focus on cultural places of Japan, not really chatty (apparently it is some sort of ASMR vlogs? this is the first time I've ever heard of such kind of video) but it has japanese subtitles to practice reading with visual of what it is talking about, it makes a great addition to watch along with 卵パン's recommendation of Maibaru Travel.
It does feel comfy watching it, I've started from the Short Vlog playlist and the video Staying in a Unique Spherical Tent in Japan’s Seaside Park, and the quality of the filming also looks awesome. Thank you, Inkheart!
