Judging from some of the sentences with this grammar term, I take it that this can also describe one event that happens immediately after another (sometimes with a cause-and-effect relation), and not necessarily literal simultaneous events? (Sort of like how in English, "Right when [A], [B]" can just mean A and B happened in very quick succession.) Am I right in my understanding?
