Lately when I click on view terms of any schedule at homescreen and click on adjust mastery manually for a term a different percent than what's is shown is given for a handful of terms like in the screenshot above, also when i use the sort by overall function(using the yellow icon that sorts at top left) the sorting isn't correct at all. Is this just a visual issue or it will also affect the daily reviews?
I think what is going on is that your schedule only includes some of the possible mastery vectors, and depending on which vectors are averaged, the overall mastery score is different. But Michael might have information not available to me that would explain it.
That's correct - it's most likely due to "hidden" vectors. If you have a current example that you haven't changed (so I can go in and check it out), I'd be happy to look into it.
