Hi,
I am a bit overwhelmed by the amount of daily reviews. I want to spend less time on them and have more time to study new content.
I always bump up the mastery manually after getting a term right to Level 4-8 depending on how safe my knowledge of it feels.
I would've expected this would lead to the term not showing up again for a long time (the days stated for each level in the settings which should be serveral months for the higher levels). But I am pretty sure they show up much faster again.
Is there a better approach?
Also for the grammar quizzes they take a lot of time because each point generates 3 questions. Can I reduce it to 1 or 2 questions per grammar point?
So you know how when you click the name of a schedule there's this thing:
Watch where your terms are and wait until most or all of them are a certain level before learning new terms. You can also change how many days it waits to review at certain mastery levels in the settings.
I don't think you can change the number of grammar questions :/
For grammar, there's actually a new function. If you click the settings on your schedule there will be a checked box saying something like: "show multiple questions per grammar point". If you uncheck that you will get only one question per point.
When you get a question right, that's when it schedules when you will see it next. So if you manually change the mastery, it doesn't change that date; you have to wait until the next time you answer the question for it to schedule according to the new mastery level.
But rather than manually levelling up everything to force them into longer intervals, in your account settings you can just change the interval for each level so they spread out sooner, so e.g. Level 2 is 12 days instead of 2. User settings → Quizzing → Mastery Level Spacing.

thank you! have overlooked that. what a great timing for this new feature :)
@マイコー Since the feature/option is already there maybe it would be a nice touch to give users a field to choose themselves how many questions are generated (even though I am happy with 1 for now)
