I can only see 10 counters in Endless, while I see 12 counters total in Counter Punch. The 2 missing in Endless are つ and 個. I don't see a design reason for not including them, so I'm reporting it as a bug.
There is a reason (although I must admit, it took me a while to remember what it was)! Those are fairly generic counters, so if they are allowed in the possible answers, the system would have to accept them for *most* pictures that appeared. I took them out so you'd get a better feel for the other counters.
