Hi. I have a doubt about の :

はけんです。
わたしはせんせいのなまえけんです。
Here are both the sentences appropriate? And is there a limit to use how many の we can use in a sentence.

it works! There is not an official limit, but usually you don't see more than 2, maaaybe 3 together.
