I’ve always been drawn to learning about the Japanese culture. 
I’m hoping to visit Japan someday. It would help me enjoy anime more as well.
私は次の三年間ぐらい日本に住んでいる。学校へも行く。友だち、先生、日本人と話したいので日本語を勉強しています。今ちょっと話せますしかし上手に話せません。
あとは私が外国語を習うことが好きです。
For me it all began many years ago, when I was in elementary school and found out about anime and manga… Later, I started to learn a lot about Japan and Japanese culture, and became fascinated by it. Japanese language is kinda challenging for me haha, but I love many aspects of it. And it may sound a little strange, but I really like multiple meanings in a one word, it is fun for me to dive into meanings and play with various definitions/depictions in a Japanese literature or pop media
I watched a VTuber duo 'ChroNoiR', and I thought they were so cool that I wanted to understand them in their native language 
Because my father used to say that Japanese is harder than Bulgarian and I am Bulgarian so I must protect the honor of my motherland's language 😤😤😤😤
To understand the lyrics in music mainly.
I've always been fascinated by lyrics & I know that the songs that I listen to have another interpretation in japanese, so I want to learn & see for myself!
I want to be able to read novels and manga in Japanese (and potentially even translate my own stuff someday). Some of the stuff I like is barred behind a language barrier, and it makes me sad!
Truthfully, I'm just a filthy weeaboo
