Is there a way to jump from the hiragana lessons straight to the more advanced ones? I already know Hiragana and Katakana and would like to skip them.

You can manage your schedules and choose level you prefer.

Dashboard -> manage your schedules (in the bottom of schedules)

On the Japanese Lessons page, which you can get to from the main menu under Resources, is a list of all the prepared lessons on renshuu. You can use that to skip ahead or to do a lesson out of sequence.
