I remember Crunchyroll being decent, it wouldn't have a bunch of older anime though and sometimes wouldn't have major ones like One Punch Man and Death Note, but it was still alright. Now? Now all of the newer anime it gets is mostly isekai, and it doesn't get the anime adapted from popular manga. It's also been adapting a lot of foreign webtoons and comics instead of getting Japanese ones, which isn't necessarily bad but they aren't even picking ones that are very good (in my opinion) I need to find a different site soon cos I seriously need to watch these newer series cos I've been looking forward to them for over a year some of them
I think it's because in the end most things try to appeal to the large number of users that don't take the app or whatever seriously instead of the small amount of users who actually care. Take Minecraft for example, according to the data the game is most popular when a big new update comes out so obviously they're going to come out with big updates as much as possible but ofc it's terrible for the real Minecraft players
Of course that doesn't apply for every change they make but a lot of them
I honestly have no idea what Crunchyroll used to be like but like everything ever (except Renshuu) when they have a good idea they get rid of it eventually
That is what I love on renshuu! It's so full of customizing and if you have a problem or a wish, you just ask someone! Wish more apps would have this feature!
Yes im enyoing it! I was thinking about getting Crunchyroll but I'm not hearing many good things about Crunchyroll so I'm passing Right now I'm watching some anime netflix. They added some good ones(including blue box)! There is also Spy x family, assassination classroom, promised Neverland, black clover, komi can't communicate, haikyuu, demon slayer and some more! But I don't know what animes are on American Netflix unfortunately I don't know any apps to watch anime. I have many animes I want to watch like classroom of the elite, Attack on titan(not me who just watched half of season 1 and the two last eps) my hero academia and the best.... RE ZERO S3!!!! but I guess I will have to "sail the sea" or how it's called
Good luck with Chinese and Japanese!!
Thank you, you too I wonder how many languages I will be fluent in when I'll be 30
So many people want to live in Japan I couldn't imagine living there one or two years ago I was thinking about moving to America but I will stay in Europe, I don't want to move away too far! I might not want to live in Japan, but I definetely want study there for some monthsIf the situation will allow it I will be done with school in 2,5 years (too long!!!!!!!)then I will probably start studying in Germany in 3,5 years from now on if I will take a one year break But I don't know how I can study abroad. Does it need to be an offer from the university in Germany? But that's a question for later, I will find out when the time will come!
Thank you for the ideas!!
Does anyone know if writing, for example NHK easy news articles into a notebook by hand is a good practice for understanding and other skills? Or is it a waste of time?
Seems like if nothing else you at least get some writing practice. Probably helps with comprehension as well.
I think I will do it once in a while and maybe I can try to summarize it and ask myself questions about it and answer them
all of those anime are really good
@卵パン I did check and (at least here in America) the shows you mentioned as the ones you want to watch are on Crunchyroll if that helps at all Aa thanks I'll keep doing my best Maybe at 30 you'll be able to speak anything! Yeah, I get what you're saying cuz living in another country sounds a little scary. Even though before I wanted to live in Japan, I have second thoughts now and instead I might just visit also! Oh, but even if you don't still want to move here, I definitely recommend visiting America sometime at least once! It's a really cool place, and if you're ever planning a trip here, I'll help to answer any questions you have Also your idea about writing down the news articles sounds like a good one! You could even try to highlight different parts of the sentences
The Japanese countryside really is a beautiful place to live it takes a lot of courage to move here though. You could get a worker's visa and work as an English teacher for 3 years or so to try it out, or the tourest visa which lasts 3 months I'm pretty sure before I left America I'd never wanted to go anywhere else but I'd love to visit Europe one day
How much Japanese do they require you to know to be an English teacher over there? That actually kinda sounds like it would be a nice job so I was curious
