I know the basics for most words but nothing (and I do mean nothing) about forming sentences, so I could know all the words (and some Kanji) and just put it together the way I do English sentences

Hey that's a big help then! I think 卵パン will be better at finding video or helping tho, since she is at a higher level than me, but I can still try and help by teaching you some basic things ^_^
You can start with these! If they are not enough I can search more I also recommend you to watch cure dollys sentence structure videos (she has quite a lot) but they might be a bit hard to understand at first but it should help!
